Returns and Warranty Policy

If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase from our website orders at You have 30 days have since your purchase to return your item for full refund or exchange for another item equal or more value. Unfortunately there are no refund on shipping.  We can not accept retail distributor returns.  Manufacturing scent does not qualify as a return.

To be eligible for a 30 day return policy, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt as proof of purchase. Any item that has manufacture defect has a return policy from one year proof of purchase date.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, and your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty on Products:
Aloha Mat: One year for wear and manufacturing defects from proof of purchase. Note: warranty is void and does not cover damage caused by any UV exposure from the sun or UV cleaners or essential oils.
Pocket & Carry Bag: One month for wear and manufacturing defects from proof of purchase.
